Terms of Service

By accessing or using the NexaBots platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

NexaBots provides an AI-powered WhatsApp commerce assistant that integrates with e-commerce platforms (including Salla and custom REST APIs) to automate customer interactions including product discovery, order tracking, and returns processing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable prior notice where possible.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must promptly notify NexaBots of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. NexaBots will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices through the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Resell or sub-license the Service without NexaBots' written consent.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WhatsApp Business API, Salla, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. NexaBots is not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding your content) are and will remain the exclusive property of NexaBots. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant NexaBots a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. NexaBots does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexaBots and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to NexaBots in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account from the dashboard settings. NexaBots may terminate or suspend access immediately for breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
